- 3 eggs
- 2 cups coconut flakes + 2 tbsp to sprinkle
- 1.5 cups flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup oil
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups sugar
- In a small pot, mix sugar and water and cook just until boiled. Set aside to cool.
- Mix all the ingredients together (except the syrup) and bake in oven 350F until the top is golden brown.
- Pour syrup and sprinkle 2 tbsp coconut flakes.
- Cut as desired into pieces and serve.
